由25/01/2021開始，送遞員能夠跟從Roadrunner内的更清晰的指示歸還有關訂單。詳情請參考以下的歸還流程。

每當你完成歸還pandamart訂單都可以在「收入」頁面查看歸還訂單費用。狀態將顯示為「取消」，無須擔心，系統已清晰紀錄有關訂單。

Why do I need to return cancelled pandamart orders?

Items from pandamart are foodpanda’s assets and therefore couriers are required to return the items back to pandamart stores for all cancelled pandamart orders. Failure to do so is considered a compliance issue.



How much will I still receive after the order got cancelled?

The return fee for all cancelled pandamart orders will be calculated on a distance basis. The longer the distance from the drop-off location to pandamart store, the higher the return fee.



Will I receive new orders when I was returning the items？

You will not be assigned with any new orders until you finish returning the cancelled order to the pandamart store.

爲什麽我需要歸還被取消的pandamart訂單？

Pandamart 的貨品為 foodpanda 資產，所以，所有被取消的pandamart訂單均需歸還到pandamart商店。如有發現任何沒有歸還的訂單，我們將會視作紀律問題。



如訂單被取消後，我會收到多少服務費？

已取消的 pandamart 訂單歸還費用將改 以距離計算，客人地點至 pandamart 商戶的距離越長，你則可賺得越多服務費。



當我在歸還訂單時還會收到新的訂單嗎？

直至你完成歸還訂單到pandamart商店前，系統將不會派發新訂單給你。
