你現在可以自行要求暫停更份，無須經過送遞員服務部。你可以選擇暫停5分鐘，10分鐘，15分鐘、30分鐘或暫停至更份完結。

如何在Roadrunner内要求暫停更份？
 

  1. 按左下“狀態”按鈕
     

  2. 按“要求暫停更份” 按鈕
     

  3. 按 “繼續” 以示確定

如何選擇暫停更份的長短？

​

  1. 選擇需要的暫停時間然後按“傳送”
     

  2. 在確認後，更份便會隨即暫停！

Does requesting for a break affect my rider batch?

Requesting for a break can affect the Actual vs Planned component of your rider batch. You will receive a higher score if your attendance matches your shift bookings. Click here to learn more about your Rider Batch.



If I was notified with an order but I requested shift break anyway, will it affect my acceptance rate?

Acceptance rate will be affected if you fail to accept/reject a notified order. Therefore, in this case, your acceptance rate may be affected. For more details regarding acceptance rate, please refer to Rider Support within Roadrunner App.
